Amber provided me with an outstanding haircut, my first time here and got the MVP treatment! Never going anywhere else!!!

Hi. Me and my son checked in at 1 pm and was told that I would be contacted when we were up. We waited in our car and watched people come in and out of the establishment. I entered to ask if we where getting closer, and was informed they would contact me via phone call. Three hours passed and I asked again, and again was told that they would contact me. There was nobody in the lobby, and that point I finally decided to leave. I very disappointed at this place for the lack of customer service. I asked to talk to the manager and was told to wait. I do not recommend this place to anyone at this point. I would even give a single star, but in order to submit this I have to give a one.
